Dan came out and gave us an estimate. He took a bunch of pictures to make sure his crew knew what we wanted done before our service day. They were on time and the price was very reasonable for the two large mesquite trees that needed trimmed. I would highly recommend American Tree Masters/Gilbert Tree Trimmers.

I was impressed with this company from the start. Dan was informative, professional and polite. He took time to answer all my questions and listen to what my wishes were for new tree planting.Being a certified arborist with the ISA also gave me confidence he had the knowledge to back up his recommendations. This is the second time we have used this company. We were very pleased the first time and again the second time. The owner is very thorough. He takes pictures of your trees and discusses with you what he thinks should be done. When his trimmers come to your property they again go over what is to be done to confirm what was discussed with the owner. The crew is very professional and friendly. We will definitely use this company over and over again.

After calling a number of other trimmers and being given the runaround, I called Gilbert Tree Trimmers and found them to be fair, competitively priced and professional.

We had 8 trees that had never had professional pruning. Landscapers had kept the trees off of the ground and off of the house. The front yard trees were an overgrown eyesore. We called and got a free estimate from Dan Riggs who spent some time going over the details of what we wanted done and what he was offering as the final result. The price he quoted was reasonable and his quote was detailed. We told him to schedule as soon as practicable. He gave us a window when his team would arrive, also showed us pictures of the team members, and his team arrived within the 30 minute schedule window. His trimmers spent a lot of time listening to our preferences and patiently performing to various ad -hoc adjustments here and there. They completed the 8 trees in 3 and 1/2 hour period and cleared the work area of all debris. Our trees look like trees again and we plan to use Gilbert Tree Trimmers again. We highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!

Needed 2 large lyseloma trees removed from my narrow side yard as the umbrellas were impinging on my and my neighbor's roof. Joe came out to make the estimate. He arrived as promised and was very courteous. Prior to his visit I had interviewed 2 other tree trim/removal companies. Gilbert Tree Trimmers beat the pricing of both other companies by a lot and I never told them, nor did they ask, what the other quotes were. All cleanup was also included! Plus they did a fabulous job. They were recommended to me by a friend and by posting this review, hope I can help someone else who needs their services. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing tree services!

I have asked them back to do work on my big tree since they had done such an outstanding job the first time. My tree is now beautiful. Knowledgeable and polite, they even rescued a tiny hummingbird.

Gilber Tree Trimmers came out and gave me a fair estimate matching what 2 of three others offered. One quote I received was significantly higher than all the others leaving me to chose between 3 companies with the exact same place. What made the difference for me was the fact that Gilbert Tree came out and explained in detail what to expect, the estimator wore a company shirt, which also displayed a certification (which I can't remember now). I felt very comfortable with Gilbert and authorized the work. The crew that came out, came hours earlier than expected and were up in the tree (40' high) taking care of business. We also know of at least 4 hummingbirds in the tree and they took care not to disturb them. Clean up was fast and painless for me and I would definitely recommend again.

Dan was very knowledgeable and helped me decide how to trim my large sumac tree. The crew showed up before the due time which worked for me and they got to work right away. They were very professional and fast. It was an extremely hot day and that didn't seem to slow them down. Very pleased with the tree trimming and clean up. Happy with the price. I have used this company for the last six years. They are great. I have many trees, some pretty big. Their pricing is fair. Their work excellent, and they go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Plus much of their staff are long-timers. Many of the guys who showed up here today have been here before.

I needed two large sissoo trees removed from my yard because they were planted too close to the pool and equipment. Dan, the owner, came out right away and gave me a free estimate and a detailed explanation of the procedures his crew would use to remove them. On the day of removal, the crew was ahead of schedule but called me in advance to see if they could come earlier. They kept me updated of how things were going and asked if I had any concerns along the way. They were careful when taking the limbs down to not cause any damage to the trees' surroundings. They were done in about 3 hours and did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend Gilbert Tree Trimmers for any tree removal or maintenance services.

Updated: Hi, I know the owner on a personal basis as well as professional, since their company helps us out with our own projects when we take on a project that would normally be too big for us to handle on our own. Dan came to the house to access my Sweet Acacia tree in my front yard as there was weather damage over the years. He suggested it was a good idea to remove the tree and he would also provide stump grinding services. He gave me an excellent quote to remove the tree and grind the stump below ground level as well as grind a stump still lingering from a previous tree. The crew (Joe ,Rueben and David) came a few days later and worked very efficiently in extreme heat to do the job. They cleaned up the yard as promised and I no longer have an ugly,diseased tree on display. I would highly recommend them for any tree services.

I bought my very first house and had to handle all the maintenance that comes with it. I have 2 small cacti and a 25ft Mesquite tree in my front yard with a root going toward the house. Worried that this root could crack my foundation I researched people that could help. Enter Dan! He came by for an estimate and provided great info and his recommendations. I felt informed without being talked down to and the price was reasonable. A few days later his crew came out and completed all the work in a timely manner. I'll definitely be reaching out to them for tree trimming and touch ups!
